Historically, many Resilient Seat Gate Valves has been prone to leakage and have been difficult and unreliable to operate. ÆON identified the need for a new generation valve without these drawbacks.
Headquartered in the UK, with production and warehousing facilities in Poland and Dubai, ÆON has worked closely with major Water and Gas Utilities and developed the unique ÆON RSGV design with patented Integral Wedge providing a real double-seal and a very low closure torque.

The unique design of ÆONs' Resilient Seated Gate valve eliminates the risk of the valve 'letting-by', reduces operator effort by up to four times, ensures minimal maintenance requirements and provides long-term durability. This superior performance and reliability has put ÆON a generation ahead of other valve manufacturers and has paved the way for partnerships with some of the world's largest utilities.
Type A & B Gas Valve
The ÆON valve gives 100% leaktight performance at low closing torques and is therefore ideally suited for the gas application. The patented Integral Wedge can also be provided with vent for Double Block and Bleed operation.
